Visit the neighbourhood food market to acclimatize yourself with the Indian spices, fruits and vegetables, and enquire about the nuances involved.

Upon being picked up from the hotel, a visit to a local home beckons you for an interesting cooking session and lunch.

Led by the lady of the house, the meal prepared is based on what is in season and it can be either vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

This interactive cooking session is designed to introduce you to Indian cuisines.
